In our office, you'll see several rocks inscribed with our logo on people's desks. Every 90 days, each member of our team selects 1-3 specific goals that guide their professional development. We call these goals our "rocks." When these goals are met, the team member receives a literal rock marking their accomplishment. The rocks remind us of the continuous improvement we expect of ourselves.
