  • Kotman Technology was officially founded in 2005 by Jon Kotman. Over the past two decades, we have grown from a small startup into a thriving company of 30 dedicated professionals serving businesses throughout the Central Valley and beyond.

About Us

  • Jon Kotman serves as President of Kotman Technology. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Fresno State and maintains a CISSP certification. Luke Ross serves as Operations Manager and Vice President, bringing leadership experience and a degree in Mathematics along with a teaching credential. Under their leadership, the company has received numerous awards including the CASA Maureen Lewis Business Partner of the Year Award and the Fresno Chamber Community Champion of the Year.

  • Our company culture is built on three core values: community, family, and fun. We have an intentional culture of collaboration, innovation, duty, and loads of fun. You'll find impromptu Nerf gun fights, May 4th as a company holiday, annual family zoo days, and team bonding over backyard BBQs and go-kart racing. Our office is purposefully designed for collaboration, and we believe that while IT is technical and complicated, it should never be boring.

  • Every 90 days, each member of our team selects 1-3 specific goals that guide their professional development. We call these goals our "rocks." When these goals are met, the team member receives a literal rock inscribed with our logo marking their accomplishment. The rocks remind us of the continuous improvement we expect of ourselves.
