Luke Ross
Luke joined the Kotman Technology team in the spring of 2016.
At the time, he was teaching high school math, and would meet with Jon before and after school as they began forming the Kotman Technology that the Central Valley knows today. A couple years later, Luke left the teaching profession to join the Kotman team on a full-time basis.
Although this was a change of career for Luke, it was, in many ways, a continuing of his passion. His competitive fire, underdog mentality and passion for people was more apparent than ever, and made him an invaluable member of the Kotman family.
With a desire to know and care for people, Luke can often be found engaged in conversation. At the office, Luke lights up when guiding teams and processes. When he’s away from the office you’ll find him cheering for Bulldogs, hiking with his family, or researching the latest fantasy football news. He is the integrator of people and processes for Kotman Technology.
