Our team quickly zeroed in on developing more reliable connectivity for Steamline’s various systems and far-flung staff. With their network/IT room quickly reaching its capacity, we doubled their available space simply by bringing their network room up to the Kotman standard. We also brought the company’s backups to a place of consistency and reliability after an accounting software backup created a corrupted file that required days of manual entry to restore. The Kotman team was able to document the network and the business now has a runbook - a set of standardized documents, references, and procedures that explain common recurring IT tasks.

The Outcome

With internal resources no longer being pulled away from their daily tasks to tackle IT problems, the company’s team has more time to focus on providing quality automation and fertigation for their customers.
