Ryan Boender
Ryan Boender and Jon Kotman grew up together in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Through shared classes and lunch-time hangouts they each realized that the other guy was really sharp.
As Jon grew Kotman Technology, Ryan watched the early growth of the company. Ryan had worked for his family’s flooring store throughout school and grew up knowing the value of hard work. After high school, Ryan began his career with Stryker Medical. As his technical skills increased so did his responsibilities. Not only was Ryan helping run a flooring store, working on a 20,000 person Office 365 Mail Migration for Stryker, but he also found time to get married and have two children. Reminder, his name is Ryan, not Clark Kent.
Ryan’s life has changed a bit since those days, as he now oversees the Michigan side of the Kotman family. He is a valued member of the team, and longest tenured employee of the company at 14 years, and counting.
